Smartlife provides 12 month return to base warranty for all Smartlife solutions, options and accessories. Smartlife standard business hours support services are available via our website. Support covers installation, maintenance and operation of Smartlife Solutions. Standard support is provided within two business days. Smartlife Custom Projects and Solutions that include installation include the delivery of the products which are generally pre-configured in our Technology branches.
Payment for the purchase cost can be made via credit card or direct credit. Payment for ongoing monthly subscription is via credit card paid monthly in arrears. Smartlife kits can be returned within 14 days for a refund, less a 10% freight and restocking fee. Smartlife Custom Solutions may not be able to be returned but Smartlife can assist to sell and replace custom products in the uncommon event of a last minute change. Products are not dispatched until payment for the purchase cost is received in full. Smartlife Solutions are assembled, tested and shipped ex stock from Smartlife's Auckland office within 1-2 weeks. However if equipment is required from our overseas suppliers delivery times can increase to 4-8 weeks.
